IYGE Consultancy was founded by Izzy Gannon, a beauty and aesthetics marketing strategist with over a decade of first-hand experience within the industry.
With experience spanning beauty, aesthetics, business ownership and marketing, Izzy brings a unique understanding of both the industry and the commercial realities behind growing a successful business. As the founder of an award-winning skin and laser clinic in the UK, she has first-hand experience of building a brand, attracting and retaining clients, launching new services and creating marketing strategies that support long-term growth.
Today, based in Dubai and working internationally, Izzy brings that experience into IYGE Consultancy, partnering with clinics, beauty and aesthetic brands, distributors and industry businesses across the UAE, UK and beyond.
Her approach combines industry knowledge, commercial understanding and strategic thinking to create marketing that goes beyond visibility. Every strategy is considered within the wider business, ensuring marketing activity supports brand positioning, customer engagement and sustainable growth.
